(ORLANDO) Nodarse & Associates, Inc. (N&A) is providing construction materials testing services to PBS&J for the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) Administration Headquarters Building which is located at the northwest corner of Anderson Street and Orange Avenue, west of the existing OUC Building in downtown Orlando, Florida. The project consists of the construction of a new seven-story building with 128,000 square feet of office space, a parking garage, and surface parking. The structure will be supported by shallow foundations, and site improvements will include hardscape and landscape areas.
