HUGO E. SOTO, P.E. JOINS NODARSE & ASSOCIATES, INC.

(WESTPALMBEACH) B Nodarse & Associates, Inc. (N&A) is pleased to announce that Mr. Hugo E. Soto, P.E. has joined N&A as Principal Geotechnical Engineer and Vice President. 

Mr. Soto brings 27 years of experience providing geotechnical engineering and consulting services to both public and private clients throughout the state of Florida.  Some of his transportation project experience includes the MiamiIntermodalCenter, the Port of Miami Tunnel, State Road 836 and Florida Turnpike Interchange Improvements, and HEFT/State Road 874 PD&E Study from Milepost 12 to Milepost 18 which are all located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.  He has also worked on numerous commercial buildings (high-rises, mid-rises and parking decks) and public school facilities.  Hugo is a graduate of UtahStateUniversity with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters Degree in Geotechnical Engineering.  N&A President, Leila Jammal Nodarse, stated, “We are delighted that Hugo joins our team of geotechnical engineering professionals to serve the needs of our private and public clients throughout the state of Florida.”
