P.E. has been promoted to Vice President/Jacksonville Office Manager.  

Mr. Weaver, a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Florida, Georgia and South Carolina, has over 23 years of experience in the geotechnical and environmental industry.  Mr. Weaver has worked for notable clients and projects such as Lowe’s Retail Centers, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, InTown Suites, Seabreeze Bridge Replacement, and the I-295 Overpass and Roadway Improvements.  Mr. Weaver is a 1981 graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering.
