(ORLANDO) – The Central Florida based specialty engineering and environmental consulting firm of Nodarse & Associates, Inc. has announced an ownership transition plan naming five officers of the firm as new shareholders. Under the plan, the company Founder, President and CEO, Leila Jammal Nodarse, will continue to lead the organization and retain majority ownership. The newly announced owners are Daniel J. Dunham, P.E., S.I., Senior Vice President, Fouad S. Masri, P.E., Senior Vice President, John B. Kimberly, IV, P.E., Vice President, Bud Khouri, P.E., Vice President and Richard G. Acree, P.E., Vice President.
When asked about her decision to share ownership of the nine office and two hundred forty employee company that she started in 1991, Ms. Nodarse said, “This year we are celebrating our 15th anniversary as a firm, and I wanted to commemorate the milestone by initiating an employee ownership structure that will foster our continued growth and success for the next 15 years and beyond.” Nodarse & Associates, Inc. provides environmental consulting, geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and threshold inspection services throughout the State of Florida and has been ranked among the “Top 50 Women Led Businesses in the State of Florida”, “Top 500 Engineering Firms in the Nation” and “Top 100 Companies For Working Families.”
