(ORLANDO, FLORIDA) - Nodarse & Associates, Inc. has recently hired additional staff that further enhances our environmental capabilities and gives us the ability to provide services throughout the state.
Ms. Donna Cline, P.E. has recently joined N&A’s Tampa office as a Senior Remediation Engineer. As an engineer for more than 15 years, Ms. Cline has extensive experience in environmental management, remedial engineering design, and environmental regulation. She has evaluated, designed and implemented numerous innovative remedial technologies including air sparging, bio sparging, soil vapor extraction (SVE), chemical oxidation, dual phase extraction (DPE), gas and liquid phase carbon filter systems, injection wells, and groundwater recharge galleries. In addition, while employed by the St. Johns River Water Management District, she also served in an environmental compliance and regulatory position from 1993 to 1998. Ms. Cline has authored remedial action plans (RAP) for environmental cleanups, remedial alternative studies, and construction implementation plans for remediation systems for hazardous waste, pesticide, petroleum, dry cleaning sites. She has also authored Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit applications. Ms. Cline has also authored a number of publications and is a main presenter at several remediation conferences. Ms. Debra R. Harrington, P. E. is a Senior Environmental Engineer, and she will be working out of N&A’s Winter Park office. Ms. Harrington is a registered Professional Engineer with over 15 years experience in environmental engineering and consulting. Her experience includes contamination assessments, the design and implementation of remedial systems, hazardous waste management, air quality investigations, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments. Ms. Harrington has both a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Prior to joining N&A, Ms. Harrington was with the Waste Cleanup Section of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and as such, has broad experience liaising with the regulatory community and interfacing with private and public sector clients.
Ms. Jane E. K. Fugler has recently joined N&A’s Ormond Beach office as a Senior Project Geologist. In 1979, Ms. Fugler graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology in Jensen Beach, Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Oceanography. She also attended the University of Colorado where she received a Bachelors Degree in Geophysics/Geology in 1981, and she continued her education at Front Range Community College in Westminster, Colorado graduating in 1989 with an Associates Degree in Hazardous Waste Management. She has worked as an Environmental Scientist at several public and private sector firms including the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Volusia County, Seminole County, Orange County, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Tyco/Healthcare/Kendall, and Engineering Science, Inc. Jane has experience with contamination assessments of petroleum contaminated sites, environmental audits, hydrologic field investigations, groundwater monitoring wells, and underground storage tank testing.
