TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – Nodarse & Associates, Inc. (N&A) is pleased to announce that Mr. John B. Kimberly, IV, P.E. has been appointed North Florida Regional Manager. Mr. Kimberly graduated in 1990 from North Carolina State University with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, and has 15 years of experience as a geotechnical engineer, with his expertise focused on deep foundation design, analysis, testing, and inspection. His experience includes dynamic load testing (PDA) and drilled shaft construction inspection services throughout the southeast United States.As North Florida Regional Manager, John will be responsible for N&A’s Jacksonville and Tallahassee offices.

Other appointed Regional Managers are: Mr. Fouad S. Masri, P. E. – South Florida Region; Mr. Daniel J. Dunham, P.E., S.I. – Central Florida Region; and Mr. Bud Khouri, P.E. – West Florida Region.
