(WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA) – Nodarse & Associates, Inc. (N&A) is pleased to announce that Mr. Fouad S. Masri, P.E. has been appointed South Florida Regional Manager. Mr. Masri graduated in 1991 from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, and in 2002 he received his Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

Mr. Masri has 23 years of experience, including the past 9 years with N&A, as project engineer and project manager for a significant range of geotechnical, environmental and construction engineering projects throughout Florida and other parts of the country. His geotechnical experience includes projects involving soil investigations for roadways/bridges, water and wastewater treatment plans, wetland restoration, airports and various public and commercial buildings/facilities. His environmental experience includes environmental consulting, hazardous waste remediation including superfund sites, removal of underground fuel storage tanks and environmental audits.As South Florida Regional Manager, Fouad will be responsible for N&A’s West Palm Beach and Miami offices.

Other appointed Regional Managers are: Mr. John B. Kimberly, IV, P. E. – North Florida Region; Mr. Daniel J. Dunham, P. E., S.I. – Central Florida Region; and Mr. Bud Khouri, P. E. – West Florida Region.
