Provides administrative support for a department. Prepares reports from Engineer’s notes. Prepares technical reports from field materials testing. Word, Excel experience required., Carries out recurring office functions independently. Other duties include routine telephone support, refers clients and visitors to appropriate staff, distributes mail, restocks department supplies, printing & binding of reports, maintains department files.
